Convolute Wheels
Manufactured by winding compressed non woven based material around a hard core. This construction makes them ideal for precise consistent deburring, blending and finishing on a wide variety of materials. The wheels do not undercut or gouge the workpiece and reduce the risk of producing flats.

Deburring Wheels (Grey) Features:
  • Strong edge durability and long life from dense construction (8 and 9 densities)
  • Conformability for maintaining critical tolerances on irregular parts, eg. Threads, gears (7 density)
  • Smear resistant formula
  • Component runs against the face of the material for smooth running and less operator fatigue
  • Conforms to a component reducing the risk of undercutting or gouging
  • A wide range of deburring and finishing and polishing applications
Ideal for:
  • Medium to heavy deburring applications
  • Excellent for use on stainless steel, titanium and exotic materials such as Inconel
Finishing Wheels (Red) Features:
  • Unique formula virtually eliminates scratches giving consistent finishes
  • Lower pressure and dwell time to achieve a finer finish
  • Increased durability allows wheel to hold its shape throughout its life when dressed. (NO need to re-dress wheel).
  • Long life and faster productivity
Ideal for:
  • Blending and applying the final grain finishes
  • Excellent for use on Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Brass and Carbon Steel
